Privacy Policy

Shopwrecked is a personal wardrobe catalog and wear log. This policy describes exactly what the app collects, why, and what it does not do. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
What we collect
- Account details. When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and an email address (Apple may give us a private relay address). When you sign in by phone, we receive your phone number. You may add or edit a display name.
- Your closet. The content you add — photos of pieces and outfits, descriptions, provenance (house, year, materials, country, dimensions, condition, alterations, where and when a piece was acquired, price, authentication documents), notes, your wear log, and outfit labels.
- Diagnostics. If the app crashes or errors, we receive a technical report — device model, OS and app version, and the context of the fault. These contain no advertising identifiers.
How we use it
Solely to operate the app: to store and display your closet and wear log, keep them available across your devices, and — only if you choose — share a read-only view with people you invite.
What we do not do
No advertising. No analytics SDKs. No tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Service providers
- Supabase — database, file storage, authentication.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple.
- Twilio — delivers your SMS verification code.
- Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
Sharing through Peek
Peek lets you grant specific people a read-only view of your closet. They see only what a peek grant allows, and you can revoke a peek at any time from Settings.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Access is restricted to your account by row-level security, and data is encrypted in transit.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently removes your pieces, photos, outfits, wear log, and account record.
Children
Shopwrecked is rated 12+ and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the effective date above and note material changes in the app.
