Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shopwrecked. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Shopwrecked is a personal wardrobe catalog and wear log. It records the pieces you own and the times you wear them; outfits are labels that emerge from those wears.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Shopwrecked.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or with a phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You grant Shopwrecked a limited license to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the app for you — and for the people you grant a peek to, to the extent that grant allows.

Peek

Peek gives people you invite a read-only view of your closet. You control who has a peek and can revoke access at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. Do not misuse content shared with you through a peek, and do not attempt to breach the security of the service or access another person's data.

Reporting and moderation

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Shopwrecked. You can report any content or person you can see, and block anyone, directly in the app.

We review every report and act within 24 hours — including removing content and suspending or terminating the accounts responsible. For safety concerns or abuse reports you can also reach us directly at safety@shopwrecked.com.

Availability

Shopwrecked is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopwrecked is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. We update the effective date above; your continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
